"All my life I have lead through example.  Using my skills and extensive experience, I exhibit myself as a role model for young people. By leading many team concept workshops myself and applying those concepts in daily life, business and sailing, I have created many well honed crews in every venture I have undertaken.

Having sailed for many years, I have acquired the innate ability to feel vessel movement of all sizes and shapes, both sail & power. I love being aboard and at sea!"

“Capt. Tim sure has a great feel for boat handling. He‘s a natural.”  Captain T. G. Fennell

"Being at sea during trying, stormy weather conditions and emergency situations is not enjoyable.  From those times I have learned to remain both calm and steady so as to inspire confidence in others own safety as passenger or crewmember.

As a sailing instructor, a Fox Valley Technical College educator and Lost River School teacher, I have worked with students and clients of ages 10-95 yrs. This has given me a broad understanding of how to work with people and help them gain the knowledge and enjoyable experience they have desired.

I am a man who is greater than the sum of his parts. Any discerning owner, fellow Captain or organization will be very pleased with me as an integral part of their team;  for I am easy to get along with, fun and interesting to have aboard.”
